Ruth and Jason

Well my weekend started out with a girl's night! Bobbie, Sarah, Amanda, and myself stayed at Bobbie's apartment in Greenville, Tn. Boy did we have a great night. We watched movies, played games, and just have a great night of girl talk! Saturday we went to Cary's baby shower where we met up with Mamaw, Aunt Debbie, Mom, and Traci. After the baby shower we continued our day by some shopping and dinner at Fatz before heading home.

We had a great girl's weekend! I can't wait for our next event which will be the birth of Brooklyn followed by all of the girl's going to watch "Nights in Rodanthe" on Sept 26.

The Thompson family was blessed with a visit from Kenneth, Kirsten, and Kaelin last Sunday at Mamaw and Papaw's house. She has grown since March...she is now 7 months old and crawling everywhere. We received news that Kirsten will be moving to Elizabethon, Tn in the next 3 months or so, that means our visit's from the family won't be so far between!

Today, Dixie had a somewhat bad day, she was pretty lethargic and laid around most of the day. LOL, that however is normal, the abnormal part of the day was she was breathing funny, short quick breathes while sleeping. She is now back to normal now though.

As a side note, we all just ate supper (Chicken Fettichini alfredo) and it was pretty yummy. Oh yeah, its now time for a freeze pop, hehe.
